By accessing the phspin7 website, creating a phspin7 account, or using any service offered through the phspin7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the phspin7 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
• Account Ownership: phspin7 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

All financial transactions on phspin7 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the phspin7 platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made using approved payment methods only, which currently include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card.
• phspin7 does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. Attempts to deposit using prohibited methods will be declined and may trigger an account review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phspin7 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phspin7 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. phspin7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. phspin7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount as displayed in your phspin7 account dashboard. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• phspin7 targets same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during business hours, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending account review.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• phspin7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

phspin7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all phspin7 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of phspin7.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the phspin7 platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or circumventing security measures.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phspin7 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phspin7 content without prior written consent from phspin7.

Game content available on phspin7 is licensed from third-party game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. phspin7 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phspin7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phspin7 platform, including but not limited to:

phspin7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phspin7 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phspin7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. phspin7 provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their phspin7 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Upon account closure, phspin7 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds) to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any pending investigation.
